Have your say

If you are a registered patient with either of the Humber Primary Care Bridlington practices, then you can get involved in our Patient Participation Group (PPG).

We would like to know more about how we can improve our service and what you think about our GP surgeries.

To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual Patient Representation Group, so that you can have your say. We will ask members of the group some questions from time to time, about what you think about our opening times, or the quality of the care you receive.

Being a part of this group will not take up a lot of your time. The practice will stay in touch over email and keep our surveys succinct.

We hope that this group will attract around 100 members, so we can ensure a good variety of different patients are involved.

We are currently looking for young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

If you are happy to join the group and for us to contact you by email, please click the link below. The link will provide a sign up form for you to print, complete and return to our reception.

Download the pdf version of our sign up form and return it to the practice when complete.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note: no medical information or questions will be responded to as part of this.

Thank you for your assistance.
